Shipping Policy

Allow original art or prints to be processed and packed within 1 week. Orders will be sent out via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and will arrive within 2 weeks of your purchase date if in the continental United States. If outside of the continental US, please allow for a longer arrival time.

Shipping is only in the United States at this time.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

​All shipped items come with a tracking number and insurance. A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. If there is a delay in shipping, please contact the shipper (USPS, UPS, or Fedex) through their website to see where the package is. Please contact Leanna Cavender Art if a claim needs to be filed through the Shipper. For any items stolen after delivery, please file a police report with your local police station. Please note that saying you did not get a package that you have received is mail fraud and is punishable by law.​

Leanna Cavender Art is not responsible for delays in delivery due to Shipper errors and delays, or weather delays. Leanna Cavender Art cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Leanna Cavender Art is not responsible for packages that are undelivered because the address given by the Customer is wrong.

For International shipping (if available), the Customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Leanna Cavender Art is not responsible for delays due to customs.
