Returns/Cancellations
Leanna Cavender Art does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If an order needs to be cancelled, please fill out the contact form (under Contact) as soon as possible. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Each item is represented by the photographs uploaded in each listing. Each item is photographed to its very best in order to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please be aware that various computer or mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in color and pattern.
Damages and Issues
If your print or original art arrives damaged, fill out the contact form (under Contact) and upload photos of the damage.
If your print arrives damaged, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement print free of charge.
If your original art arrives damaged, you will receive either a full refund or we can work to get the item repaired.
Please inspect your order as soon as possible once received. Contact Leanna Cavender Art immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so the issue can be resolved.
All damage, defects and issues must be inspected and notified to Leanna Cavender Art via the contact form (under Contact) within 7 days. Include the order number and images of the damage, defect, or issue. No exceptions are to be made once you have had the merchandise in your care for longer than 7 days.
Shipping charges are non refundable. Leanna Cavender Art is not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund once the damage, defect, or issue is notified to Leanna Cavender Art.

Returning An Order
If you were directed to return an order, please utilize the original mailer bag or box used.
Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is highly recommended.
Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (one used to place order) in the return.
